Director & Chief Executive Officer
Yogesh has more than 25 years of executive and strategic management experience in local and international markets across more than 10 different jurisdictions. He has strong Electricity, Solar, Gas Industry experience in NZ being Chief Operating Officer for SolarZero, General Manager Customer Experience at Pulse Energy and Revenue Assurance Manager at Mighty River Power (Mercury Energy).
He has exceptional senior managerial experience in high profile organisations across multiple industries such as Business Controls Advisor Pacific Islands - ExxonMobil (Fuel and Oil), Customer Experience Manager - Vodafone Fiji (Telco), Credit Manager Southwest Pacific - Goodman Fielder (Consumer Goods and Retail) and in education sector as Secondary School teacher.
Yogesh is people-oriented leader with proven track record of positively influence company culture, diversifying and driving business growth, developing high performing teams, managing organisational change, managing quality assurance framework, developing creditable stakeholder relationships, effectively managing health and safety and compliance framework, and delivering omni channel customer engagement and sales strategies

Sangita has more than 10 years of business entrepreneurial and finance experience with over 10 years of education background as Secondary School Teacher. She has finance and education qualifications.
She has strategic business growth skills, project management, setting up new business, developing business culture and high performing teams. She has worked in government sector in education, moving into investment and business management in both Fiji and in NZ.
She is very passionate about driving company culture, driving organisational change, developing, and managing stakeholder relationships, managing business finance, health and safety and other regulatory and compliance requirements, believing, and supporting individuals and teams to achieve optimal performance.

Munesh Sami brings his extensive background of 15 years in the Government and three within the Private Sector, leading high-performance teams and successfully increasing efficiency and productivity for the organizations.
During his employment in the Private Sector, he has worked highly in diversified groups with varied business interests, from large property holdings and development, importing and trading of vehicles & heavy machinery and equipment hire together with hotel operations.
With his expertise, he will lead our Human Resources for both New Zealand and Fiji teams. He is passionate and dedicated to creating robust organizational cultures. The kind that promotes continuous business growth by empowering and motivating team members to realize their full potential bringing their best to the job.
Munesh graduated from the University of the South Pacific with Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and is an accredited Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre.

A hardworking and highly-motivated professional, Gertrude has more than 15 years experience in a call centre environment. She has worked for over 10 years in quality assurance and two years leading a high-performing sales team.
She believes in leading from the front and acknowledging the significance of relationship-building, accountability, and revenue generating for the company.
